RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Can only be accepted in written form. Reservations are valid only with a deposit of 30% of the total amount to be paid by bank transfer and with our confirmation by maiL.

OFFERS (both written and verbal) are valid for a maximum of one day. Any changes must be charged.

DEPOSIT
For confirming your reservation we kindly ask you to send us a deposit of 30% of the total amount
We raccomend to purchase a travel cancellation insurance because it can happen that you fall i'll shortly before travelling. The deposit will not be refund in case of cancellation.

PETS
Please understand that animals are not allowed for hygien reasons.

DAY OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

• On the day of arrival the rooms are at your disposal from 14:00 onwards.
• For arrivals later than 19:00 we kindly ask to be notified.
• On the day of departure we cordially ask you to leave your room by 9:30.

CANCELLATION
n case of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply (see Art. 7 GTC):

• by 3 months the down deposit will be withheld
• by 3 months to 1 month 40% of the total amount
• by 1 month to 1 week 70% of the total amount
• in the last week 100% of the total amount less the charges according to Art.7 GTC

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.
